01. THE INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our design consultation is the first step in bringing your vision to life. Conducted either onsite (subject to availability) or via Zoom,, allowing us to familiarise ourselves with each other and gather all the necessary details about your upcoming project. During the consultation, we define a clear design scope, including your project brief, design intentions, scope of work, project timeline, and fee schedule, ensuring a seamless process moving forward. 02. INTERIOR DESIGN

Receive expert advice and tailored recommendations to overcome design hurdles and make confident decisions. Meet either onsite or via video call.
Some of the ways we can help include:
- Floorplan Evaluation: Receive expert feedback on existing floorplans & assist in optimising your space.- Material Selections: Get once-time guidance on selecting flooring, tiles, paint colour or other materials for your project.- General Design Advice: Get expert advice from us, drawing on our 18+ years of experience to ensure a cohesive, well-executed result.
This service is idea for clients who need an in-depth one off consultation without on-going design assistance.

03. INTERIOR STYLING

Once the concept is delivered and the furniture arrives, our dedicated team can personally come to your space and handle the meticulous setup of the furniture, ensuring every piece is perfectly placed. Our commitment to creating a stunning space doesn't end there. We take pride in adding the final styling touches that elevate the overall aesthetic, such as carefully arranging decorative items, selecting and hanging artwork, and styling accessories to create a cohesive and visually pleasing environment. Have design questions but don’t need to engagr a full-time interior designer? Looking for expert reassurance before making big decisions? Our Quick Question Session is the perfect solution! Whether it’s colour choices, furniture placement, or selecting the right finishes, we’re here to help—quickly and efficiently.
Here's how it works:
1. Book Your Session – Choose between a 10-minute or 30-minute session and complete your order at checkout. (Each 10-minute block is charged at $30.)
2. Send Us Your Questions – Email your design queries to hello@lindencointeriors.com.au, including a brief description of your project and any supporting photos to give us a clear understanding of your space.
3. Get Expert Advice – We’ll review your questions and provide detailed responses within your booked timeframe. Expect practical, professional recommendations delivered straight to your inbox.

The number of questions we can answer depends on the time booked. If you submit 10 questions in a 10-minute session, we’ll prioritise and answer as many as possible within that timeframe.

OUR PROCESS

  • Interior Design Process
    Our process has been thoughtfully refined over many years to ensure an stress-free realisation of your dream. Each project is bespoke, meticulously planned and organised to ensure we meet your unique needs. You can visualise yourselves in your new space before implementation begins. We walk you through each choice and decision, ensuring clear communication is maintained throughout.
  • Phase One - Inspiration Session
    We begin with an intimate conversation to unearth your desires, tastes, and inspirations. This session lays the foundation for a design that reflects your unique personality and lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to provide any inspiration you like in this session.
    - Detailed briefing meeting- Site measure-up- Discussion of inspiration
  • Phase Two - Concept Development
    We dive into the creative process to translate your ideas into tangible design concepts. Mood boards, sketches, and initial layouts come together to shape the vision for your dream space.- Moodboard and sketch development- Collaboration with Architect/ Draftsperson - Implementation of a concept plan
  • Phase Three - Design Development
    Draft 1 of the Interior Design Package commences. Depending on the scope agreed upon, this can include;
    - Draft 2D joinery elevations- 3D drawings of your new space- Materials & finishes suggestions on a room-by-room basis
  • Phase Four - The Interior Design Package
    The planning to date is documented and collated into a package to present to your builder.- Detailed document specifying all materials & finishes selections- The specification schedule, including supplier and pricing details- Finalisation of the Interior Design Package. Final review of documentation between all parties- Review of the Architect's working drawings to ensure consistency across documents
  • Phase Five - Construction
    The Interior Design Package is now complete. You are ready to proceed with the builder tendering process. You may decide to do this yourself or engage Picchio Interiors during this process.- Delivery of complete Interior Design Package- Opportunity to re-engage Picchio Interiors during the building phase at our hourly rate.
  • Phase Six - Install
    Now for the big day. Manging the seamless installation of furniture, decor, and other elements, we transform your space, ensuring every detail aligns with the envisioned design.
    - Furniture and finishes installation- Artwork and lighting installation
  • Phase Seven - Reveal
    Construction is complete, and it is time for the big reveal. You can move into your beautiful new surroundings. We are still here should you need us, but for now, relax and enjoy!
